The hotel offered amazing rooms with great facilities including a double jacuzzi bath and beautiful views over the lake.

Wow, my family and I had a great time at Westgate! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had a kitchenette plus a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, perfect for our family. While the hotel was already paid for, the staff was accommodating and made our stay even better. If I had to pick a con, the relentless promotion of the resort was a bit overwhelming.

The hotel room seemed like someone was hanging out in it; it didn't get cleaned until very late that night after multiple phone calls. The walk to the main reception and pool was about 10-15 minutes, which was fine.

The hotel's rooms were excellent, and I will definitely return for a vacation again. However, they were extremely small and in need of deep cleaning as there was toilet paper stuck to the bathroom door, hair on the floor, and even a mysterious buckle on the bedroom floor.

The hotel room was a mixed experience with great deals offered for certain locations but noise disturbances and cleanliness issues. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and attractions, although noise from salespeople was absent. Dining options were limited, mainly for timeshare visitors, but self-service food was available. Overall facilities were satisfactory, with room for improvement in cleanliness and noise control.

On the bright side, the location is fantastic for exploring the area, taking about 30 minutes to reach the main attractions. The rooms were reasonably priced.
