Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had exceptionally appointed and spacious rooms with a full range of amenities. However, the service was focused on trying to sell the resort's timeshare. The location was excellent, near tourist attractions, but the dining experience left much to be desired. The facilities were well-equipped and modern.
Trying to find a parking spot might take a while but the rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect for families. The staff isn't perfect but tries to make your stay better. The location is central to many attractions but quite far from the city center. The dining experience has its ups and downs, and the facilities are next to none.
I had a good stay at the hotel with some positives and negatives. The room had a big walk-in tub which was great, but it was older although still comfortable. The garage was a bit far from our room and not available for both nights.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though outdated and uncomfortable, had some good features like the toaster and fridge. The service was a hit or miss - some staff were friendly and went the extra mile, while others seemed neglectful. The location was great for accessing Orlando attractions, but the dining experience left much to be desired. The facilities overall were decent, but there were some areas that needed improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room had some great facilities like a double jacuzzi bath and good views of the lake, but the shower had an odd configuration and the room felt a bit outdated. The service was a hit-or-miss with some staff being amazing and others rude. The location near the lake was enjoyable, but not exceptional. The dining experience was disappointing with limited breakfast options. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel offered amazing rooms with great facilities including a double jacuzzi bath and beautiful views over the lake.
Wow, my family and I had a great time at Westgate! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had a kitchenette plus a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, perfect for our family. While the hotel was already paid for, the staff was accommodating and made our stay even better. If I had to pick a con, the relentless promotion of the resort was a bit overwhelming.
The hotel room seemed like someone was hanging out in it; it didn't get cleaned until very late that night after multiple phone calls. The walk to the main reception and pool was about 10-15 minutes, which was fine.
The hotel's rooms were excellent, and I will definitely return for a vacation again. However, they were extremely small and in need of deep cleaning as there was toilet paper stuck to the bathroom door, hair on the floor, and even a mysterious buckle on the bedroom floor.
The hotel room was a mixed experience with great deals offered for certain locations but noise disturbances and cleanliness issues. However, the service was accommodating and convenient, with the shuttle service being a highlight. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and attractions, although noise from salespeople was absent. Dining options were limited, mainly for timeshare visitors, but self-service food was available. Overall facilities were satisfactory, with room for improvement in cleanliness and noise control.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel! The rooms were very nice, with a big kitchen and living room. I particularly enjoyed the double jacuzzi bath in the bathroom and the good size flat-screen television. The balcony offered good views over the lake, although the bed was a bit high for my liking. Overall, a great experience with spacious and well-equipped rooms.
I truly stumbled upon this hotel by accident, and it turned out to be a wonderful find. The rooms were fantastic with great facilities, including a double Jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. I spent a good 5 minutes just admiring the beautiful view from my room's good-sized balcony overlooking the lake.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with spacious and luxurious rooms, although the high bed might be inconvenient for some. The views over the lake from the balcony were excellent, and the double jacuzzi bath added a touch of relaxation. However, the TV channels were limited, and the bed height could be a potential issue for shorter guests.
The hotel had a nice screened-in back patio with great facilities, but cleanliness was not up to my expectations, especially with a roach in the sample unit. The room featured a double Jacuzzi bath, a good-size flat-screen television with limited channels, and fantastic views of the lake.
The hotel is set in a huge property, although the cleaning conditions were terrible. Unfortunately, the room was not available for both nights, but it seems it had not been thoroughly cleaned for over a year. On the bright side, the location is fantastic for exploring the area, taking about 30 minutes to reach the main attractions. The rooms were reasonably priced.
